UP
Get thee to the UP (upper peninsula Michigan)! I just completed a 3 date run and was so impressed by the wonderful people and beautiful scenery. I managed to see a wild bobcat, red fox, two red cranes, a pug, a pure white arabian mare and about 80,000 deer. Also saw my 1st falling star - wow! Special thanks to Karen at the Gitchee Gumee Museum for housing me, to Charlotte & Ross Allured for giving me my first motorcyle ride, to Kathryn Morski for a delicious dinner, and for last minute housing on the long drive home, to Ira & Nancy for a great touring weekend and pickled green tomatoes and to everyone who drove out to see the shows. I'm gonna get back as soon as I can!
